Gough Engineering fully supports your operational needs by offering routine service visits, maintenance and comprehensive supply and installation of replacement parts.

All work undertaken is carried out by our specialist engineers to ensure the smooth running of your equipment, we also offer training for your own maintenance personnel.

Quite often it is the case that some machinery is left unused for periods of time and that routine maintenance has not been carried out.

Under these circumstances, our engineers are pleased to review and assess previously supplied machinery to see if we may restore, and reuse and even re-task the equipment.

The replacement of some critical parts may be necessary. Generally, it is possible to reconfigure and re-use Gough Elevators and this is just one of our unique selling points.

We employ our own qualified engineers who fully understand all aspects of our machinery. They will have been involved in the detailed manufacturing of the machines themselves. They possess crucial experience relating to fault finding and problem-solving, as well as adjustment and initial machinery set up to suit your process.

Video / Skype Linkage

Our senior engineers are always available by telephone and video / conference linkage to review operational issues which may often be attended to in the field / at your premises by a suitably qualified and trained customer personnel. We are happy to discuss troubleshooting areas to support your team if the evidence of behavioural issues can be supplied to Gough engineers. We will have almost certainly dealt with the problems before, so will be able to quickly advise you on any necessary corrective actions.
