Successful Gulfood 2012 for Goughs

After a very strong last quarter of 2011, where orders were booked from Norway, Bahrain, Singapore, Kuwait and the UAE, Gough have continued with export success.

Gough Engineering recently exhibited at Gulfood 2012 in Dubai. The premier food and beverage trade show for the MENA region receives nearly one hundred thousand visitors over the four day trade fair. Gough, supported by the PPMA and UKTI, welcomed visitors from 24 countries ranging from Madagascar to Australia, as well as many within the GCC.

The company showcased its expertise in developing and manufacturing ingredients and products distribution systems together with on stand displays and presented their newly designed Bakery Sieve and Electromagnetic Feeders for ingredients screening.

Since returning from the exhibition, Gough have been awarded contracts from Kuwait, Australia and the UAE with a value of over £130,000.

Gough are continuing to develop their overseas activities with forthcoming trips to Ireland, Kenya, Russia, France and Poland. The company is aggressively perusing its longstanding relationships with major European and American Blue Chip companies, such as Kraft, Nestle, Mars, Unilever, etc., as they invest and develop in overseas markets.
