Project Description:
Gough Engineering has completed a project conveying mixed diced vegetables from the cutting and preparation area to the packaging process at a foods manufacturer in the East Midlands.

Solution:
The three Swinglink® Bucket Elevators were installed in a new assembly line producing chilled and frozen mixed diced vegetables for a national supermarket chain. The bucket elevators are placed in between processes of dicing and multi-head weighers that would lead to the packaging line. Their hygienic and reliable features made the Swinglink’s the perfect companion in the production line.

Results & Conclusions:
Gough's energy efficient Bucket Elevators are designed to provide an effective, cost efficient interface between process and packaging equipment. Gough systems are designed to ensure that all handling of product is undertaken using methods that are inherently gentle and cause minimum distress to the products being moved. The various solutions in the Gough range allow for efficient handling of a variety of materials from the finest powders and food stuff to aggregate at handling rates of 1m3 to 500m3 per hour.
